Water Needs on Lactating Moms
There are almost 80% of water in every new born baby's body. It is important to know that most of human bodies are filled with water and we need water to survive. But when moms enter their nursing stage, their babies' need must be put on top. When it comes to breastfeeding time, your body will take your own body fluids in order to produce milks consumed by your baby. That is why the awareness to replace the water that has been used by the body in this stage is very important in order to avoid the risk of dehydration.
The milk for breastfeeding, or breast milk, mostly made from any kind of beverages that you drink, consists of 87% water and gives your babies everything they need. Besides thirst-quenching, breast milk is also very high on nutrients. In fact, babies do not need other fluids as long as they are breast-fed regularly.
