- Tips Membersihkan Dispenser
Jika Ibu/Bapak menyangka kalau dispenser tidak perlu dibersihkan karena isinya hanya air, ternyata anggapan ini tidak benar. Terutama di negara kita yang udaranya lembab, terkadang dispenser bisa juga menjadi tempat bakteri beranak pinak. Untuk membersihkannya tidak sulit, hanya dengan air kran, pemutih, sikat kecil dan lap bersih saja. Pertama cabut dulu listrik
dispenser, setelah botol diambil, kosongkan reservoir dengan menggunakan tombol air dingin. Isi reservoir dengan air kran hingga penuh, campur satu sendok teh pemutih dengan satu cangkir air kran dan tuangkan ke reservoir. Kemudian sikat bagian dalam reservoir dengan sikat kecil dan diamkan selama 5 menit. Kosongkan kembali isi reservoir lalu dilap hingga kering. Bilas kembali sisa pemutih dengan mengisi reservoir dengan air kran hingga 2 sampai 3 kali. Lakukan ini 3 atau 4 bulan sekali agar dispenser bebas dari bakteri.
- How to clean a dispenser?
Cold container electric dispenser:
- Open the top of the dispenser.
- Drain the container by pressing the front tap
- Clean the dispenser with a damp cloth
- Then wipe it clean with a sanitizer tissue or other tissue which contains75% of alcohol.
- Then wipe it dry with clean dry cloth.
- Don’t forget to clean the outer part of the dispenser with a clean damp cloth.
Hot container electric dispenser:
- Don’t forget to clean the outer part of the dispenser with a clean damp cloth.
- Drain the container by opening the tap which located at the back (for a tall dispenser) or the rubber below (for the mini dispenser).
- Pour water into the hot container through the cold container (upper container)
- Press the red tap and re-do it 3 or 4 times. Make sure the hot container is already cleaned.
Non-electric Dispenser (porcelain jug)
- Drain the jug by pressing the front tap until the water is dried out.
- Clean the jug with a clean damp cloth.
- Wipe it one more time with a sanitized tissue or other tissue which contains 75% of alcohol
- Wipe it with a clean dry cloth
- Don’t forget to clean the outer side of the jug with a clean damp cloth.
- How do we return a broken or damaged AQUA bottle?
- Damaged or broken AQUA bottles are usually caused by error in the handling and the storage of the product, because each product which is issued from the factory has already passed a quality control, so damaged and broken bottle is impossible. This kind of matter usually caused by the seller, you should return it to the merchant where you buy the product.
- However, to prevent these kind of matters, AQUA manages to train and socialize the merchants on how to handle and store the products correctly so it wouldn’t be damaged.
- How do we file complain about broken gallons quality, leaking, or dirty?
- You could just file the complain to the person who is delivering the gallon to your house, or you could just simply go to the store where you buy the product.

- And to prevent this kind of thing, every time you order or buy a gallon, You are suggested to only received a good condition gallon. Do not receive a dirty, broken, dented, or even leaked gallon.
- From the electrolysis test, a heating process by an electric tools caused a color changing on AQUA. Does it mean that AQUA will change color too when heated at home? May AQUA be heated?
- This is surely a different process. The electrolysis process is a simple chemical reaction which includes an electrically charged electrode as the tools, while at home, AQUA is heated without any electrodes tools, so it won’t change AQUA’s color.
- Surely, AQUA is allowed to be heated. Should you wanted to make tea, coffee, or hot water for milk, simply heat AQUA on the dispenser. It’s easier and more practical.

- This kind of demo or testing is surely invalid. Should the electrolyzed-test tools is put in water which contains minerals, there always will be brown, green, black, or other colors sludge, depending on what minerals which are contained by the water.

- I’ve heard that it’s better not to take any medicine with AQUA, because the ozone which is used as the chemical preservatives in AQUA will then oxidized the medicine and will cause the medicine to lose it’s advantages. Is it true?
- The issue heard regarding the ozone residue from AQUA is not true. The ozonization process of the packaged drinking water that allowed by SNI is intended not to be preservatives, but to complete the water purification process so that the drinking water will be free from microbial contamination especially from those which cause diseases.
- The ozonization process will effectively reduce cross contamination during the production and the sealing process. Before it’s ozonized, water will through some purification steps which includes staged filtration so that the heavy metals, the unstable components like selenium, sulfat, ammonium, etc will be separated from the water. The staged filtration use filters with different micron sizes. Before ozonization, water must through a 0.1 micron size of filter to filtrate mushroom spore, algae, and cryptosporidium. Ozone then will be shot into the purified water to reduce and prevent the risk of micro-organics cross contamination.
- Ozone addition is done by injection system with the dosage of roughly 0.5 – 0.6 ppm. Ozonized water will be kept temporarily in a storage tank before then filled into bottles, gallons, or glasses. Then to accelerate the absent of the ozone residue in the bottle and glass package, the water will be UV radiated so we are sure that the ozone residue is zero. While the gallon being packed, the ozone residue will be disappear by itself along with it exposed to the sun’s heat during the transportation.
- AQUA’s quality control ensures that ozone residue of AQUA either on the gallon, bottle or glass packages are zero because before the products are distributed, the quality control will be check and make sure that the ozone residual value is zero.
- An experiment data shows that an ozone dosage of 0.5 – 0.6 ppm will become zero after the 5 hours length of glass and bottle AQUA production process which is helped by UV radiation. While for the gallon AQUA, the ozone residual value will be zero (0) in 10 hours after production.
- Does AQUA need to be boiled or cooked again before it is given to my child?
